With our side sealers, which offer robust industrial PC controls, you get an intuitive, operator friendly, touch screen control system. These provide up-to-date information for the shrink wrap machine status, size parameters and diagnostics control with integrated memory for up to 100 different products.

Our heat sealers have a unique high speed, low maintenance, heavy-duty side sealing system for consistently strong seals on all shrink plastic. The inverter driven variable speed infeed and outfeed belts provide complete flexibility and control with unstable products.

The ‘kissing’ conveyor systems allow small packs to be wrapped with ease and the low level shrink film carriage provides easy loading of the plastic wrap. There is an optional servo controlled ‘Box Motion’ cross seal available for increased speed and control on certain applications.

Combine our side sealers with our range of double chamber shrink tunnels which give optimum control and consistency, especially at high speeds. They feature incredibly efficient air -flow, upgraded heating elements and accurate temperature control to ensure a consistently high quality finish.
