Rotating Ring
Toothed belts
A low maintenance system that does not require lubricants. The belt powers the movement of the film dispensing ring up and down the height of each pallet.
Motorized top presser
The presser ensures the reduction of the overall height of the equipment and optimisation of energy efficiency. The mechanism is maintenance free thanks to the use of lubrication free bearings.

Production capacity
The Rotating Ring unit is capable of wrapping up to 160 pallets per hour. Ideal for unstable loads, the pallet remains stationery whilst the ring mechanism encircles it with stretch film.

Choose from a 500mm or 700mm film carriage. The unique 750mm dispenser option offers greater film coverage from every roll.

Pre-programmable wrapping cycles
For ease of use when your operation wraps various sizes of pallets, you can prepare wrapping programmes dedicated to each type.
Variable parameters include film tension, cycle type, film pre-stretch and position of film roping can all be included within the saved programme.
Waterproof and dust proof wrapping cycles also come as standard.
Extra wide specification
Both our rotating arm and rotating ring wrappers can be supplied in wider formats.
Pallets stacked with larger products can pose stability issues if spun at speed so the rotating arm and ring models allow the pallets to remain stationary during the wrapping process.
