The Hugo Beck Paper S is a compact sleeve wrapping system designed for sustainable transport and secondary packaging using kraft paper instead of traditional shrink film or excessive cardboard.

Developed for manufacturers seeking more environmentally responsible packaging processes, the Paper S creates tightly wrapped, stable bundles with or without trays, helping businesses reduce plastic usage while maintaining pack integrity and operational efficiency.

Compact, space-saving design
Designed for facilities where production floor space is limited, with the flexibility to operate inline or standalone.

Kraft paper wrapping
Wraps products securely in recyclable kraft paper with or without trays, creating stable transport bundles. The fully recyclable 70g craft paper, ensures that minimal packaging is required with maximum efficiency.

Optimised hot-melt sealing
Overlap wrapping and precision hot-melt gluing ensure strong, reliable packs throughout the supply chain. Combined with low weight Kraft paper, this offers a high puncture resistance and exceptional tensile energy absorption.

Energy-efficient operation
Reduces energy consumption compared with traditional heat-shrink processes. This is down to the removal of the tunnel to shrink the excess PE used to bring the pack tight once formed. The stretch in the paper helps to contract down onto the pack once formed.

Operator-friendly system
Developed for easy operation and straightforward maintenance within demanding production environments.

Flexible integration
Can be integrated into existing packaging lines and customised with optional automation, labelling, and printing systems.
