Our range of machines can handle changeovers with a simple change of saved recipe – whether you’re producing singles, multipacks, trayed or trayless products. Offering you full control, a multitude of collations can be formed and wrapped on demand, with the quickest of changeovers between each.
Impressive speeds
Our dairy and bottling systems achieve impressive speeds. Single lane systems achieve speeds of up to 120 wrapped bottles per minute whilst twin lane systems achieve speeds of up to 200 wrapped bottles per minute. We can supply systems with a wide variety of infeed options to match your ideal speed requirements.
Low maintenance
Designed with a low maintenance sealing jaw, reducing the possibility of cross contamination. This also enhances the robust nature of these shrink wrapping systems - a YPS dairy system will run and run. The sealing jaw delivers perfect jaw alignment and the strongest possible seal for heavy packs, while performing at its best over the long term.
Fast offload
Designed so that your product can keep flowing out of your factory, our dairy wrapping lines feature powerful turbo cooling fans in the shrink tunnels. This means that finished packs reach the maximum handling strength as quickly as possible, ready for their onward journey with no delays.
