Semi-Automatic Turntable for Paper Wrapping
New to the market, we now offer a paper pallet wrapping alternative, offering you greater choice and an alternative approach to meeting sustainability goals.
The paper alternative delivers improved pallet stability, as demonstrated by an independent EUMOS test conducted at a force of 0.5g. It also offers total protection from sun damage.
This semi-automatic turntable system is easily loaded by forklift. The pallet is wrapped as the turntable automatically spins, applying glue courtesy of the integrated gluing unit, to securely seal the wrap around the pallet. The unit then automatically cuts the paper at the end of the wrapping process.
The tight wrap achieved, in conjunction with high strength paper, ensures that the wrap resists tearing during transportation.

Paper pallet wrapping delivers a different, but equally recyclable option. The used paper is of high recycling value as secondary material and creates a reduced environmental impact than plastic while being recycled. The lightweight, uncoated paper is fully recyclable and the glue used to hold the pallet wrap together is applied sparingly , ensuring that its limited use doesn’t affect the paper’s recyclable nature.
The paper wrap creates a high strength, stable finished pallet. No additional packaging is required, such as corner protectors or plastic straps, so there are no further wrapping items to manage as the pallet is unwrapped.
