Our Stretch hoods include 30% or more recycled content. They are high performing, with a high yield and excellent durability, even from low micron thicknesses. They are designed for all applications and machine types.
Our stretch hooding material offers a modern alternative to pallet wrapping and shrink hooding applications, designed to be used on fully automated lines to offer a seamless transition from old style virgin-based materials.
The pre-formed and gusseted hoods are supplied on rolls to suit any requirement and size of product from large insulation pallets down to smaller standard UK pallets, securing the product tightly and robustly. This ensures protection from all elements including water ingress.

Our stretch hooding range includes four product types, ensuring that there’s a solution for your operation:
- Standard: This product is ideal for heavy goods such as stones and bricks. It’s available in a wide range of sizes – with a circumference between 460 and 5000mm, in thicknesses between 30 and 180 micron.
- Slim: Our slim stretch hoods are ideal for those looking for a thin hood, from 30-45 micron, with high tear resistance. Applications such as rolls of insulation or mixed loads are suited to this product.
- Big: For longer or wider products such as insulation panels, our Big stretch hoods are available for pallet sizes up to 2.2m wide.
- High: With increased stretch memory allowing a stretch ratio up to 120%, this product performs well for those looking to wrap pallets of differing sizes with the same material.
