Sensory Wheel
The wheel senses the exact dimensions of the pallet and allows for a close application of the pallet wrap film to prevent material waste and ensure pallet integrity. This feature allows any shape of pallet to be accommodated.
Safety Bumper
Whenever an obstruction is detected by the safety bumper, this triggers an immediate halt in motion. This offers protection to your operators and any product in the pathway of the machine.
A choice of film carriages
Choose from the FRD, FR, P3GS and PVS film carriages, which all offer an array of benefits, including stretch capacities ranging from 0%-500% and easily adaptable tension and stretch controls.
Touchscreen Controls
The multicolour touchscreen allows the user to create and save 12 custom programmes in a simple and intuitive way. A highlight is the 'MLC' film containment force setting which offers cost-saving benefits and enhances the protection for vulnerable parts of the pallet.

A range of film carriages
Robot FRD is our entry-level model, featuring a standard core break system for lower stretch capacity films (6.3mu to 35mu) and has 3 programs with 10 adjustable parameters.
Robot FR includes an electro-magnetic powder break on the return roller. This feature is operated via the control panel, offering a user-friendly way of adjusting tension.
Robot P3GS matches the performance of top machines with motorised pre-stretch technology, achieving up to 300% film stretch. It offers 3 fixed stretch programs and 10 adjustable parameters via a digital HMI screen.
Robot PVS offering the highest performance with a power pre-stretch carriage that can stretch films between 6.3mu and 35mu up to 500%. It features 12 pre-set programs and 10 adjustable parameters, all controlled from the digital HMI screen.

This advanced software provides valuable data on productivity, including the number of pallets wrapped, machine stoppages, and overall operations. At any time you can access this detailed information at your fingertips. R-Connect also suggests any potential performance improvements.
