Poly Bags
YPS supplies a range of standard and specialist poly bags for packing multi-items for retail or as bagged components. The strong, puncture-resistant bags ensure the contents are protected in transit and received in full.
Compatible with our automated vertical bagging machines, packing speed is vastly increased compared with manual bagging. Combined with the integrated printer mounted in our bagging machines, clear on-bag printing of information, bar codes, graphics and more can be achieved.
With a wide range of poly bags on offer, the ideal bag can be sourced for your product. As well as a range of sizes and thicknesses, additional colour print can also be added, and a range of specialist applications can also be accommodated (see below). Bags can also be upgraded with a range of optional extras such as hang holes, vents, headers and easy-open strips.

Specialist Specs
- Gamma bags are perfect for medical products due to their anti-microbial properties. Ideal for syringes, implants, surgical gloves and any application where sterilisation is required.
- Electrostatic discharge (anti-static) bags are ideal for the protection of electronic hardware parts, components and kits where static dissipation is required.
- Non-scratch bags are a highly durable solution, containing little to no anti-block additives. This makes them suitable for packaging products which are sensitive to scratching. Non-scratch bags are typically used to pack high value items such as jewellery, electronic devices and eyewear.
- VCI (vapour corrosive inhibitor) bags prevent the corrosion of ferrous metals and various other metal parts from oxidisation and rusting and prevent the degradation of electrical or mechanical components.

YPS holds extensive stocks of packaging materials in our centrally-located warehouse, for despatch to our customers across the UK & Ireland, usually with next-day delivery.
We can offer a call-off facility, holding stocks of customer-specific materials, for example printed products, ready to be shipped whenever you need them.
