Lidding films are a type of flexible material designed for the top web of your lidding application, whether that be for rigid trays or thermoformed base webs.
They are designed to protect your product and enhance the shelf appearance as well as giving maximum shelf life.

Offering a glossy, transparent, wrinkle-free anti-fog finish, this lidding film shows off the product at its best. The film can also be printed to improve branding or to display information.
Assured end result
With a choice of three shrink ratios, this film ensures tighter shrinkage, helping to hold the product in position on the tray, even when stacked upright. This means you know exactly how it will be received throughout the supply chain, every time.

Extending product shelf-life using either MAP or vacuum varieties of this lidding film, thereby reducing food waste throughout the supply chain.

Optimal shrinkage for a secure pack
Our lidding film can be supplied in three differing shrink ratios, for an optimal finish for any application.
Our barrier lidding film’s hermetic seals eliminate leakage, preserving your fresh food for longer and reducing costly waste.
In addition, the tighter shrinkage our films achieve hold your food product securely in place within the tray, avoiding slippage. Combining our films with shallower trays to produce a ‘protruded’ effect makes portions look more generous than with deeper trays.
The tighter shrinkage results in a pack that can be stacked upright to save shelf space in stores, whilst maintaining the presentation of your food product.
All shrinkage is controlled to prevent any tray distortion whilst enhancing the appeal of the contents.
