Vacuum packing removes the air from a product’s packaging to preserve product freshness and extend shelf life, which is especially useful for food products. Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP), where the pack is gas-flushed, can also be achieved with our vacuum sealing equipment. The resulting pack also protects the product from external contaminants as it is air and water proof.
Our vacuum packaging equipment is simple to operate with a digital control panel that allows you to save up to 10 programmes, to swiftly switch between packing different products. The swing hood feature increases speed and productivity, so you can seal one pack whilst the next is prepared.
Available in three different jaw size options, so you can select the ideal option for your operation. Supplied in hygienic stainless steel for a durable, long-lasting finish.

SEALING WITH CONTROL
Our vacuum packaging machine offers you enhanced control over the vacuum sealing cycle so that every pack is sealed superbly with a hermetic seal and maintains its seal integrity throughout its use.
The YPS vacuum sealer features (selected models):
- Automatic vacuum cycle stop
- A smart sensor that controls vacuum time
- Vacuum head window to offer an extra visual check
- Soft-air device. This controls the re-introduction of air into the chamber at the end of the sealing cycle. It prevents sharp products from penetrating the packaging – an issue that can occur with systems that allow a fast return to a non-vacuum atmosphere.
A gas injection option can also be added for MAP applications, if required.
