For consistent product flow into the machine and flush pack alignment into the sealing area.
Top overlap seal
Running at high speeds, the material is folded over the opposite side of the pack to enclose the product and either glued (when running paper) or heat sealed (when running film).

Impress With Paper...
Transforming your product offering with paper packaging couldn’t be easier than with the Paper X machines.
Both coated and uncoated papers are compatible with our equipment as well as a wide array of thicknesses.
The machines are able to create different types of paper seams to cater perfectly for your products. An extended ‘lip’ style of seal is possible, as is a simpler ‘overlapping’ style. It’s also possible to create a ‘sleeve’ of paper, a style most typically used for wrapping magazines.
YPS are stockists of fully recyclable, sustainable papers in both brown and white specifications. Printed designs can also be catered for, should you wish to enhance your branding or display important information on your packs.
Perfect Fit Available
Detecting each product’s length and width, our Paper E-com Fit model minimises material waste.
This machine selects the most appropriately sized of the two mounted paper rolls to bag your item, trimming the paper as required to match the product size.
Not only does this method reduce overall paper consumption, but it prevents voids and creates tight shipping bags for excellent aesthetic properties.
It allows for a wide range of different product sizes to be packaged without changing the machine’s setting or material – ideal if you have a varied product portfolio.
