One example of our commitment to service is the free service contract we include with every machine sale to ensure your long-term success in its use and bring extra peace of mind.

We constantly seek to optimise, fine-tune, improve, down-gauge, maintain, repair and refurbish, because we see the installation of a packaging machine as the beginning of a long relationship, not a one-time transaction.

That’s why whenever you encounter our technical team, whether for operator training sessions, machinery installations, service visits or warranty support, you can be sure that your packaging success is their priority. Our engineers offer round the clock support, including evening and weekend cover, and are DBS checked and SafeContractor approved.

YPS Service Contracts

As well as a comprehensive parts and labour warranty, we also offer as standard a priority preventative maintenance service contract free of charge with the sale of all machines, which is unique in our industry.

All service contract holders are automatically eligible for a significant discount on all spares and service work, making them invaluable for a hassle-free wrapping operation. Plus, our service contract scheme provides regular servicing of your machinery at intervals that suit you, ensuring that all parts and working mechanisms of your shrink wrapper, pallet wrapper or bagging unit are kept in excellent condition.

We will prioritise your servicing needs over non-contract holding customers should you need us urgently.

Competitively priced maintenance

We guarantee that your purchased visits will be secured at a price that is at least 15% cheaper than our current rates.

No time limit

We honour your contract for the full period of time it takes for you to use every visit. Use your visits at your own pace as there is no expiry date.

Discounted consumables

We will discount each and every part you require during the lifetime of the contract by 15%, whether used by our engineers during a visit or ordered by you directly.

Forecast and forget

Simply tell us how frequently you want your visits to take place and then just expect a call from our team at exactly the right time to book the job in.

Avoid price increases

As there is no time limit on the agreement you are free to spread your visits out over several years, avoiding any potential price increases in service rates.

Works around you

We accommodate you and your production schedule. Our engineers are available on evenings and weekends if required to minimise any disruption whilst the service is carried out.

Complete service

Our engineers will service all of your YPS-supplied wrapping equipment whilst on site, even if you're only encountering problems with a single unit.

Full diagnostic records

After every visit we will issue you with a digital service report, signed by both you and us. This way you will have a complete record of the health of your equipment at all times.
