YPS Steal The Show At The PPMA Awards By Winning Prestigious Customer Service Award
The 2014 PPMA Group Industry Awards were held on Tuesday 30 September at the National Motorbike Museum in Birmingham during the PPMA Show.
We had been shortlisted for the Customer Service award for 2014 and after fighting off strong competition we were the winners on the night! We were also shortlisted for the Exceptional Sales or Company Growth Award and we are pleased to say that we also finished Highly Commended in this category!
Winning the prestigious Customer Service award marks a significant landmark for our Yorkshire-based, family-run company as we pride ourselves on delivering only the best in class customer service. Our motto is: ‘If we don’t look after the customer then someone else will’ and it certainly goes to show that this attitude has made winning the award possible.
