We recognise that getting the correct support after you have invested in machinery that is going to be vital for your production for years to come is paramount. As such, we have the infrastructure in place to provide the fast and efficient backup that you are looking for.

We are always happy to provide direct contact numbers for all our engineers, so you can speak to someone as soon as possible should you have a technical problem. Considering 80% of all technical queries can be identified over the phone, having the ability to contact the engineer who installed your wrapping equipment can reduce response times dramatically. When a phonecall isn’t enough, our team of engineers will attend your site to get any problem solved as soon and as smoothly as possible. We know that many machines are running beyond standard office times and so we also offer full weekend and evening cover from our service engineers. In over 95% of cases, we have an engineer on site within 24 hours – so you can relax!

Spare parts

Spare parts for our machines are always readily available for fast delivery across the UK and Ireland. In our experience, we find that our customers may not always be entirely sure what spares they need. That’s why we supply documentation including recommended spares lists and machine manuals with every machine and why our dedicated team of service engineers offer over the phone support to easily help identify what is required to minimise your down time.

Priority service contract

As well as a full warranty, we also offer as standard a priority preventative maintenance service contract free of charge with the sale of all machines, which is unique in our industry. Priority service customers are also eligible for a significant discount on all spares or additional service work. The Priority Service Contract scheme provides regular servicing of your machinery, ensuring that all parts are kept in excellent condition. The service includes reports and a breakdown of the current status of your shrink wrapper and/or pallet wrapper.

Frequently asked questions

There is no time limit on our service contracts which is what makes them such a valuable and useful feature of any customer’s maintenance programme. Essentially, once a service contract has been purchased, the customer benefits from fixed servicing rates for the lifetime of the contract, protecting against price increases and any market inflation that may occur over time. Customers can schedule in their service visits at their own leisure and as often as they feel is appropriate for their machine usage levels without worrying about a deadline on the service contract. We have 5 directly employed service engineers covering the whole of the UK which provides enough flexibility and cover to cope with most scenarios.

Over 90% of the time we are able to be on site either the same day or the next, depending on time of day we are contacted and the distance.

We do not distinguish between new equipment and refurbished equipment in terms of backup and support. If it is supplied by us, with our name on it, then we support it fully. With this philosophy in mind, the typical warranty we offer on all new and refurbished equipment is a full twelve month parts and on site labour warranty along with an inclusive two visit service contract.
