SC200 Automatic side seal machine
SC200 Specifications
The automatic SC200 side seal machine has been designed to pack all types of
different length products, using shrink and non shrink films, with speeds of up
to 85 PPM. Side sealed presentation packs that it produces are neat with a thin
bead seal.
The SC 200 has been specially designed to achieve high production output, even
with frequent format changes over a wide range of product sizes. It has devices
that allow for fast and easy changes without the need for any tools.
A robust industrial PC control system includes a simple operator touch screen
which provides up-to-date information of the machines status, size parameters
and diagnostics control. Memory for up to 100 different products.
BASIC EQUIPMENT
- Automatic in-line feeding on a conveyor belt with side guides and product separation, manual conveyor width adjustment.
- Low level motorized film reel holder allows for easy loading of film, it has adjustable mechanical perforators and film end detection.
- Infeed belt assembly can be moved away to allow for easy threading of the film around the triangle frame.
- Triangle frame height has motorized adjustment from the touch screen.
- Product detection photocells (horizontal and vertical).
- Cross seal and cut by hot knife with accurate temperature control. Easy to replace.
- Side seal by heated rollers with accurate temperature control.
- Side movement of the sealing head for high products (Opt. Mod. SC 200 / 500)
- Three opening pneumatic settings at the cross seal (Mod. SC 200 / 500) and with servo driven motor at any height. (Mod. SC 200S / 500S)
- Motorized adjustment of the cross seal height via the Touch screen. Sealing jaw safety system fitted as standard.
- Solid state relay control of the cross and side sealing systems.
Motorized adjustable height sealing head so that the seal is always central to the pack. (Opt. Mod. SC 200 / 500). - Kissing conveyor belts for wrapping small or unstable packs. (Opt. Mod. SC 200 / 500).
- Automatic film scrap wheel with easy access. Film distribution device and film break detection.
