Bollore’s BE Film is our most successful Pre-perforated film. It's unique technical properties ensure excellent results, from manual to automatic high speed machines.
It's 3 Layered construction and added pre-perforations, makes a more controlled shrinkage, with the machine able to run faster and at much lower temperatures. Helping to cut production cost's.
Performance Display Shrink Film
Bollore Polyolefin shrink films provides absolute consistency of performance in sealing, shrinking and presentation. The Bollore BE film is a great general purpose polyolefin shrink film where the performance characteristics of BY are not necessarily required.
- Exceptional clarity and gloss – Multi-layered construction, with outer layer of PP, providing exceptional clarity and gloss for excellent presentation
- Wide Operating Window – Wide Operating Window, meaning consistent sealing and shrinking can be achieved even if the machinery is not operating at peak efficiency. This is especially true in the shrink tunnel where variations in temperature can cause some film to burn. The BE has exceptional burn resistance and tensile strength.
- Pre-Perforated – Pre-Perforated for absolute ease of use. All machinery has a method of perforating the film to allow the air to escape during the shrinking process. Because the BE is pre-perforated you do not have worry about consistent perforation on the equipment and so consistency is assured.
- Absolute consistency of quality – Absolute consistency of quality. As world leaders in thin film technology (with some films now down to 9mu) this is something Bollore put great emphasis on and is achieved with some of the newest extrusion lines in the industry.
- 60% shrink ratio 60% shrink ratio is at the high end of most films on the market and so helps provide consistently good presentation.
- Convenient – BE is available in a variety of centrefold and single-wound sizes
What makes Bolphane® BE Unique?
When compared to a standard Polyolefin film, Bolphane BE demonstrates higher shrink capability up to 10%, and offers high cohesion and strength with optimized pre-perforation.
